Lunch and Learn: Leading from the Inside Out - a person centered strategy to leadership
Learn about engaging your teams, supporting higher performance and increasing positive outcomes for your customers and clients by understanding the power of pulling leadership through a Person Centered lens. Person Centered skills are easy simple and easy to learn, and allows organizations to operationalize a set of practices that build trust and relationship.
We all know being a leader is hard work and being an authentic leader means leading from the inside out, providing the same support to your employees that you expect them to provide for those customers and clients.
By asking the right questions we can better understand employee motivation and build strong relationships. By aligning values across teams and the organization, we can move out of the emotional gridlock that restricts creativity, efficiency and higher performance.
