Data availability (Enterprise Reporting)

Availability schedules

Web Intelligence (WebI) and Enterprise Reporting Standard Reports Portal

  • Availability: 24 hours a day, seven days a week (except for scheduled maintenance)
  • Scheduled downtime for technical updates: First Monday of every month from 3:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.

When changes or additions to the scheduled maintenance are necessary, the Enterprise Reporting team will send a notification to agencies by email and/or posting a message on the system logon page at least three days to one week in advance.

Financial data availability

  • Financial data is officially available daily from 7:00am to 8:00pm for reporting. Data is loaded into the AFRS warehouse on a nightly basis.
