You can now view operating budget requests that state agencies and higher education institutions have submitted to us for consideration in Gov. Inslee's 2020 supplemental budget proposal:

I'm looking for an agency's budget submittal and it says, "No records found" - what does that mean?
That likely means that agency has not submitted an operating budget request to us. Requests were due to OFM by Sept. 20, 2019, but unlike in a biennial budget year, submitting a supplemental budget request is not required.
