Sustainability Plans & Progress Reports Submitted by State Agencies

Executive Order 02-03 requires that agencies update their sustainability plans every two years, and provide an annual report on progress towards goals. The requirement for agencies to update their plans in 2008 was waived and now the updates are due in 2009.  Executive Order 05-01 sets efficiency and sustainability goals for state agencies and includes some specific reporting requirements.
