Further Define Enterprise & Strategic Direction
Roadmap strategies focus on policies, processes, systems and data that meet both enterprise and agency financial and administrative needs. It is critical that there be an understanding by all agencies of what an “enterprise” solution means and how it impacts their organization.
The purpose of this effort is to further define “enterprise” and provide agency direction and guidance to support the implementation of the changes needed. By providing direction and guidance, agencies will be in a better position to determine the impact to their organizations.
