Program Office
Based on the recommendations from the 2007 Core Financials Feasibility Study, Roadmap implemented an Enterprise Program Office (EPO) for the overall management and administration of Roadmap business and technical initiatives.
The program office is responsible for overseeing and managing the following:

Program readiness;

Program and project management;

Policy development;
-
Change management;
-
Establishment of standard practices for measuring project performance;

Resource management;
-
Contract and budget administration; and
-
Quality assurance.
Current Initiatives

Working on 2009-11 business plan and budget decision package.

Reviewing significant financial and administrative systems approval activity from several state agencies.

Providing assistance to the Department of General Administration's NIGP migration plan project.
