Business Process Modeling Overview

Based on advice from industry experts and other states, the Roadmap team has:

Modeled the state's current "back office" business processes - to learn what we do and why.
Created an enterprise vision based on "best practice" polices, processes, and data.
Documented the business value proposition for significant change.

The Final Report, summarizing the business process and data modeling activities and results is now available. The intent of this document is to re-state high-level observations, best practice findings, and results from the modeling effort in business terms for a general audience. Links to the more detailed value proposition reports for each of the business processes modeled can be found below.
