The 2007 Supplemental Budget (Section 1048, Chapter 520, Laws of 2007) directed the Office of Financial Management and the University of Washington to provide (1) siting recommendations for a branch campus in the Snohomish-Island-Skagit county region, and (2) a preliminary design and implementation plan.
