Historical Data Set: Decennial Population Counts for the State, Counties, and Cities, 1890 to 2000

These figures may differ from federal census counts. Some special city census counts are used for 2000. Annexations between January 2, 2000 and April 1, 2000 are included and update the January 1, 2000 federal census boundary. Mis-allocated dormitory population has been moved from Endicott to Pullman.
