Quarterly annexation reports
Annexations and adjusted city populations are used in the quarterly allocation of selected state collected-locally shared revenues. Adjusted populations are hybrid population figures that are developed for selected quarterly revenue distributions. Adjusted populations are NOT the state's official annual April 1 population figures. Only the state's official April 1 populations are used in the distribution of Sales Tax Equalization funds to local governments.
Please be advised that Census 2010 figures for cities, towns, and counties have been released and are posted on our Census 2010 site. Actual census counts, adjusted for annexations and special state certified censuses, for 2010 have replaced OFM April 1, 2010 population estimates as the base for fund distributions in 2011.
