Statewide Budgeting Systems
- Budget and Allotment Support System (BASS): The BASS program provides OFM and agencies with tools and services to support the budget, allotment and monitoring processes for the State of Washington. The major systems the BASS program includes are the following:
- Budget Development System (BDS): Budget decision package software that allows development of several operating budget scenarios.
- Capital Budget System (CBS): Capital budget decision package software that allows development of several capital budget scenarios.
- Performance Measurement Tracking System (PMTS): For estimates, tracking and reporting of performance measures.
- Salary Projection System (SPS): Provides estimates for salary and benefit projections including provisions for state increments, new hires, terminations, salary increases, benefit changes, and other time consuming computations.
- The Allotment System (TALS): Support the allotment development, management, review, reporting and monitoring needs of state agencies, the Legislature, Office of Financial Management (OFM), and the public.
- Version Reporting System (VRS): Access to multiple budget versions (House, Senate, Governor, etc.)
