Activate new AFRS feature
OFM’s Agency Financial Reporting System (AFRS) can print your agency's return mailing address on vendor remittance advices for all inserted warrants you mail out.
How it works
- The feature is controlled by batch type. Each agency can establish a default return address (preferably your agency's main fiscal office) for each batch type.
- You can request that a different return address be used for specific batch types.
- If there are Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) payments to one statewide vendor from multiple agencies or multiple divisions within an agency, the return address defaults to OFM’s address.
- OFM maintains the return address functionality. If your agency’s return address changes, please notify OFM.
Benefits
- Quicker turnaround time for undeliverable warrants.
- Warrants will go directly back to your agency instead of to OFM and then routed to your agency.
Use this feature
Please give OFM the office name and mailing address of where you would like undeliverable warrants and/or Electronic Fund Transfer remittance advices to be returned to.
