Public Centralized Higher Education Enrollment System
The Office of Financial Management (OFM), in partnership with Washington state public four-year higher education institutions and the Higher Education Coordinating Board, created the Public Centralized Higher Education Enrollment System (PCHEES) in 1998.
Upgrades to the PCHEES system
- Consolidation - The consolidation combines the enrollment and completion data into one place. Project completed November 2010.
- Expansion - Funded by the ARRA SLDS Grant, PCHEES is being expanded to source a dashboard, as required by HB 1795. Project to be completed June 2013.
