INTERAGENCY CONTRACTS COORDINATING TEAM (ICCT)
The Interagency Contracts Coordinating Team (ICCT), composed of representatives from multiple state agencies, provides a forum to coordinate efforts to improve contracting practices especially related to client service contracts. Team membership is considered on an individual basis and by invitation only from the Office of Financial Management (OFM).
The ICCT has created a draft document of information to provide guidance to those working with state grants. If you are interested in viewing this draft document, please go to the following link:
The State Grants Guidance Document DRAFT
Core Values
- Recognizing that state agencies and contractors are doing some things well and that many, if not most contractors, are meeting state contract expectations and standards.
- Maintaining a balanced perspective that encompasses the need for ensuring high quality service delivery, achieving results, and demonstrating accountability for critical administrative and financial management requirements.
- Focusing on realistic solutions that take into account state fiscal constraints.
- Streamlining processes where practical.
- Ensuring flexibility, acknowledging that a one-size-fits-all solution would not be workable for the magnitude and diversity of state programs.
Meeting Minutes
The ICCT typically meets on the second Tuesday of each month.
Note: If meeting minutes are not available, it generally means a meeting was not held in that particular month. If you have questions regarding the meeting minutes, please contact Erica Winter at OFM Contract Services, (360) 725-5262.
