Interagency Contracts Coordinating Team
Effective October 1, 2011, the ICCT is no longer meeting.
The Interagency Contracts Coordinating Team (ICCT), composed of representatives from multiple state agencies, provided a forum to coordinate efforts to improve contracting practices especially related to client service contracts.
The ICCT has created a draft document of information to provide guidance to those working with state grants: State Grants Guidance Document DRAFT
Core values
- Recognizing that state agencies and contractors are doing some things well and that many, if not most contractors, are meeting state contract expectations and standards.
- Maintaining a balanced perspective that encompasses the need for ensuring high quality service delivery, achieving results, and demonstrating accountability for critical administrative and financial management requirements.
- Focusing on realistic solutions that take into account state fiscal constraints.
- Streamlining processes where practical.
- Ensuring flexibility, acknowledging that a one-size-fits-all solution would not be workable for the magnitude and diversity of state programs.
Meeting minutes
The ICCT met quarterly on the second Tuesday of the month (January, April, July, & October).
