Measure a: Percent of Nickel and TPA Projects Completed on Time and On Budget, Cumulative to Date 2003 to December 31, 2009
Description:
On-Time refers to the project being operationally complete within the quarter as planned in the original Legislative expectation (2003-05 Nickel, 2005-07 TPA).
On-budget refers to the project being within +/- 5 percent of the current Legislative expectation (baseline).
