Description:

Average Peak Travel Times On Ten Key Puget Sound Morning Commutes: in Minutes

Estimates are from the WSDOT Pavement Condition Survey. Pavement is classified as being in good condition if it is smooth and has few defects.

In 2005 the percentage of highway miles in good condition increased from 90% to 94%.
