Measure a: Percent of State-Owned Bridges in Good Condition
Description:
Ratings are based on standards set by the Government Accounting Standards Board. A "fair or better" rating represents conditions ranging from some non-structural deterioration. A 'Good' rating represents a range from no problems to some minor deterioration of structural elements.
The percentage of bridges with a "good" rating remained the same, 88% in 2006 to 2007 and 2008.
