Measure a: State’s bond rating history

Description:

Statewide turnover in the first half of FY08 was slightly above the same time period in FY07.

This indicator is the percentage of state employees who left state service for any reason, including resignation, retirement, dismissal, and others. It does not reflect employees transferring between agencies, only those leaving state service.

Data prior to FY07 is not comparable to data in FY07 and later years, due to data query revisions after conversion to HRMS. Prior to FY 07, some non-permanent employees were included in the turnover data.
