Enterprise Reporting
- Enterprise Reporting: Uses Crystal Enterprise 10 software from Business Objects to allow customers to access, customize, schedule reports using business calendars, email and download reports via the intranet and Internet. Enterprise Reporting provides a common report viewing for a number of OFM systems.
- Financial Reports: A suite of financial reports available via Enterprise Reporting. These reports contain all AFRS transactions for the Washington State agencies. Customers can schedule and view a variety of standard and flexible reports showing expenditure, revenue, allotment, and general ledger activity in both summary and detail levels.
- Ad Hoc Tool: The Ad Hoc Tool allows customers to query, format and analyze data using a single tool. The Ad Hoc Tool is a complementary tool to Financial Reports to answer the “Business Question of the Day”.
- AFRS CD-ROM: An alternative for storing and retrieving monthly AFRS mainframe reports.
- AFRS Data Distribution System (ADDS): Provides financial information from AFRS in a relational database design for downloading to agency servers for internal agency applications. ADDS is continuing to be supported “as is”, and will not be expanding its customer base.
