Capital Systems Improvement Project

The Joint Legislative Audit and Review Committee (JLARC) issued a report; that identified a need to look at existing capital budget processes and systems and to mature our use of available data. The Office of Financial Management (OFM) has begun work on the next generation of capital budgeting systems as defined in our response to JLARC.
