- Budget and Allotment Support System (BASS)
- Budget Development System (BDS): Budget decision package software that allows development of several operating budget scenarios.
- Capital Budget System (CBS): Capital budget decision package software that allows development of several capital budget scenarios.
- Version Reporting System (VRS): Access to multiple budget versions (House, Senate, Governor, etc.)
- Performance Measurement Tracking & Estimate System (PMTES): For estimates, tracking and reporting of performance measures.
- Budget Preparation System 1 (BPS1) : Salary projection system used for preparing monthly allotments and annual budgets. To be replaced by spring 2002 with Salary Projection System (SPS) as part of BASS project.
- Two Allotment Systems
- The Allotment Preparation System (TAPS): Pass-through allotment input system with interface feature for uploading allotment data from agency unique systems for release to state budget and accounting systems. Replacement planned as part of BASS project in 2004.
- Allotment Preparation System (APS): Allotment preparation software which retains data for future scenarios after release to state budget and accounting systems. Replacement planned as part of BASS project in 2004.
